• How long is your warranty on your products ?

All the products you purchase are our own production and guaranteed for 6 months for any manufacturing defects.For the products sent for repair and modification, all shipment costs belong to the buyer.

Credit Card transactions are made and secured by Iyzico, an International Payment Institution serving in 23 countries.

• How long does it take to ship and deliver ?

Once you place your order, shipment is done within 3 days and is delivered approximately within 7 working days.

Unfortunately it is not available.We manufacture high quality shoes from factory to end user.

There is no distribution channel apart from www.dalgala.com.

• What should I do if I do not deliver my order ?

Provided that you fill in your information correctly your orders are guaranteed under UPS Courier Company. In case you do not deliver your order please contact our Customer Service.

• What are the conditions for exchange  ?

You can ask for exchange within 14 working days of delivery unless the item(s) is worn outside.

You can e-mail to [email protected] and ask for an exchange code.

All shipment charges incurred in the exchanges belong to the customer.

Once we receive the item(s) after “Product Return Process” is verified and completed, the new item(s) is shipped by UPS within 3 working days. 

• What are the conditions to make a Refund ? 

The item(s) which are not worn outside and still resellable & in the original package can be returned in 14 days.

Once we receive the item(s), (not worn outside and in the condition of resellability), “Product Return Process” is verified and completed and the item(s) will immediately be confirmed for Return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your credit card.Shipping costs, legal fees, taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Refund is issued within 14 days once the “Product Return Process” is verified and completed.

To return the items you purchased you should demand a return code from [email protected]. Once you receive the return code you can declare it to any UPS branch and start your return process.
